Sodium Lignosulphonate (wood pulp) is a bamboo pulp extract manufactured by concentrating, altering, spraying, and drying the bamboo pulp. Sodium Lignosulphonate (CAS 8061-51-6) is a free-flowing light yellow (brown) powder that dissolves easily in water. The product’s chemical properties are stable, and long-term sealed storage cannot be degraded. The lignin series product is a kind of surfactant that may be modified, processed, and compounded to make a wide range of goods. The Main Uses of Sodium Lignosulphonate
Coal water slurry additive. In the manufacture of coal water slurry, the addition of Sodium Lignosulphonate (CAS 8061-51-6) can boost mill production, preserve the stable function of the pulping system, minimize pulping power consumption, and enhance the percentage of coal water slurry. The oxygen and coal usage are reduced during the gasification process, the effectiveness of cold gas is enhanced, the stiffness of coal water slurry is lowered, and the consistency and fluidity of coal water slurry are improved to some extent.
Additives and solvents used in the dye and pesticide industries. Sodium Lignosulphonate (CAS 8061-51-6) can be used as a dispersion and filler for vat dyes and disperse dyes, increasing the colour strength of the dyes, uniformizing the colouring, and reducing dye grinding time. In pesticide manufacturing, sodium lignosulphonate may be employed as a filler, dispersion, and suspending agent, considerably improving the suspension rate and wet-ability of wettable powder.
Binders for granular and powdery substances. Ball pressing of iron ore powder, lead zinc ore powder, pulverized coal and coke carbon powder, compression of cast iron and cast iron sand mould, and extrusion moulding of mud brick wall and floor tile may all be done with sodium lignosulphonate. Mineral materials can be balled to provide high strength, rigidity, lubricating mould, and other desirable outcomes.
In drilling, sodium lignosulphonate can be utilized as a diluting dispersion and viscosity reduction, improving crude oil transportation smoothness and lowering energy usage. Sodium lignosulphonate is a cleaning agent, dispersant, high alkaline additive, antitrust agent, antistatic agent, emulsifying stiffness reduction, paraffin remover, and paraffin inhibitor used in petroleum products.
Concrete as a water-reducer. Sodium lignosulphonate (CAS 8061-51-6) is a powdered water reducing agent with minimal air entraining. It’s an anionic surface-active material that has an absorption and dispersal impact on cement and can enhance a variety of concrete’s physical qualities. It can also save more than 13% on water, enhance concrete workability, and significantly lower hydration heat during the early stages of cement hydration. Furthermore, it can be used as an early strength agent, a retarder, an antifreeze, or a pumping agent, among other things. The sodium lignosulphonate and naphthalene super-plasticizer liquid combination scarcely precipitates.
